I built my first website, a very unofficial Harry Potter fan site, when I was nine. It was chaotic, poorly coded, and absolutely thrilling. I was hooked.
By high school, I was taking on real client projects and figuring out WordPress as I went. That led to freelance work with small agencies, and by 2009, I was officially working in the WordPress world. A few years later, I joined the team at Rocketgenius, where I spent nearly a decade working on Gravity Forms and its official add-ons.
In 2017, I started CosmicGiant as a side project to scratch a creative itch and solve some of the more persistent pain points I saw in the Gravity Forms ecosystem. Tools like Fillable PDFs, Entry Automation, and Legal Signing were born out of those gaps. I made the leap to running it full time in June 2021, when I left Rocketgenius to focus fully on building the kinds of products I wished existed.
These days, I’m still chasing that same thrill from when I was nine: creating something from nothing that actually helps people. When I’m not shipping plugins or tinkering with UX flows, you can usually find me at trivia night, adding to my growing pile of mystery novels, planning my next concert road trip, or getting unsolicited feedback from my two cats.
If you’re into product ideas, Gravity Forms, or just want to swap favorite guitar solos, I’m always up for a good conversation.
